Components

Below is a possible configuration – your requirements may vary.

SKID

The standard skid is a rigid, welded steel fabrication design. This design includes environmental containment for 110% of oil volume present, drain ports on all four corners, and mounting holes.

SUCTION SCRUBBER

The suction scrubber is an ASME rated vessel for 150 PSIG at -20 to 200F. The scrubber includes a Taylor 81 series relief valve, A.C.S. co-knit demister pad, FW Murphy high liquid level switch, 2” bullseye sight glass, FW Murphy control level switch. Internal baffling for liquid slugs, and ports for differential pressure. Blow case design for liquid dumping with switching valve or high pressure dumping configurations.

COMPRESSOR

Packages use LeRoi Gear driven compressors or Gardner Denver direct drive compressors with 350 PSIG MAWP. Capacity control performed via PLC by variable rpm, throttling of the intake valve, and versatrol capacity control poppets.

LUBE SYSTEM

The lube oil system comes standard with a mechanical thermostat, oil filter assembly, interconnecting tubing, and a minimum pressure valve mounted on the gas/oil separator to provide oil pressure for proper oil circulation.

GAS / OIL SEPARATOR

The gas/oil separator is ASME rated for 250 PSIG, -20 to 300F and contains a top hat style element rated for 2 ppm (1.7 ounce per 1.0 MMSCFD gas flow) or less oil carryover when new.

OIL / GAS COOLER

The standard unit uses a free standing oil cooler and gas cooler rated at 350 PSIG at 250F using a belt driven fan from the engine.
