Components

SKID

The standard skid is a rigid, welded steel fabrication design filled with concrete to create a solid, vibration free foundation. This design includes environmental containment for 110% of oil volume present and drain ports all four corners.

SCRUBBER VESSELS

ASME rated vessels. The scrubber includes a Taylor 81 series relief valve, A.C.S. co-knit demister pad, FW Murphy high liquid level switch, 2” bullseye sight glass, FW Murphy control level switch, internal baffling for liquid slugs, and ports for differential pressure.

DRIVE

  • Compressors driven by natural gas Cummins and Caterpillar industrial engines.
  • Premium efficiency Class 1 Div. 2, 460V, 60 hertz, SF=1.15, Foot-mounted, VFD rated 101 CT motors are typically utilized on electric driven units.

COMPRESSOR

Packages utilize Ariel JGA and JGQ models with multiple cylinders and stages.

JACKET WATER / GAS COOLER

The standard unit uses a free standing gas cooler with an engine driven fan.
